A winding track through golden grassland beneath dramatic clouds

Submissions Policy

This policy explains how to contact DBO Fortress and how unsolicited introductions, proposals and other materials are handled. It applies to communications sent through the contact details published on this website.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Initial introductions

Send a brief, non-confidential introduction to david.bosire312@gmail.com. Explain who you are, the reason for your enquiry and how we can reply. Include only information relevant to the introduction and which you are authorised to share. The website does not operate an investment application or document-upload service.

Confidential or sensitive information

Do not send trade secrets, passwords, identity documents, detailed financial records or sensitive personal information in an unsolicited message. A message alone does not create a confidentiality agreement or a duty to protect a business idea. Agree appropriate written arrangements before sharing confidential material.

Authority and third-party rights

You are responsible for ensuring that material you send is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and shared with appropriate authority. Do not include another person’s personal information, copyrighted work or confidential business information without a lawful basis and any necessary permission.

Review and response

Receipt does not guarantee that a submission will be reviewed, answered, retained or acted on. We may decline to consider an approach or request further information. Do not rely on an unsolicited submission as confirmation of a meeting, investment, partnership or other engagement.

Ownership and overlapping ideas

You retain the rights you hold in your submitted material. Sending it does not transfer ownership to DBO Fortress or create an obligation to purchase, license, compensate or collaborate. We may already be considering similar ideas or receive similar approaches from others; a submission does not create exclusivity.

No commitment or advisory relationship

Correspondence does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment or partnership relationship. Any transaction or commitment must be separately agreed by the appropriate parties. Do not send investment funds or payment details in response to a general introduction.

Community and partnership enquiries

The community enquiry form prepares an email draft for you to review and send from your own email service. An expression of interest is an introduction only. Activities and placements depend on suitability, availability, local needs and arrangements with the relevant care or community teams.

Personal information and retention

Personal information in correspondence is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may keep information where needed to address an enquiry, document a decision, meet legal obligations or manage a dispute. Please send only what is necessary and tell us if information needs correcting.
